Meagan Good was born on 8 August 1981, from Panorama City in Los Angeles. Her parents were both her father and mother Leondis Leon Good and Tyrawardlow-Doyle. When she began acting, she was just 4 years old after being raised at home in Canyon Country with her siblings. In the beginning of her career, she appeared as an actress in programs on television like Doogie Howser Amen or M.D. At the age of 13, she was cast in her debut film Friday. In 1997, she first got noticed for her part in Eve's Bayou as Cisely Batiste who is a troubled teenager. The film earned her the first N.A.A.C.P. nomination for this film. Image Award nomination. Good was able to play small film and TV roles over several years and began transitioning into more mature roles in the beginning of 2000. She was Nina as Nina in Cousin Skeeter, a Nickelodeon T.V. She also landed minor roles in the film House Party: Down to the last minute as well as 3 Strikes. The actress played Vanessa Scott on the 2003 sitcom My Wife and Kids. She was a part of D.E.B.S in 2004, an action-comedy movie that got her nominated in the category of Best Actress in the Black Movie Awards in 2005. After that, she appeared in numerous films like You Got served The Cookout Venom, one missed call Waist deep and The Love Guru. The year 2012 saw her on both T.V. She played Mya Multi-star on Think Like a Man as and her character in Ms. Stevens for Dysfunctional friends. Born in Texas Killmer was a student of Baylor University in Waco Texas from where she obtained a B.F.A. In 2010, she received an award in performance art. She began her on-screen career in 2010 on the web-based series If I Can Dream. Kara Killmer began her career acting on screen in 2010 following appearances in local productions. The actress was featured in Simon Fuller's Hulu series If I Can Dream in its debut episode. It was about one group that began their lives with their families in Hollywood California.
