Jacqueline Fernandez

Jacqueline Fernandez is a Sri Lankan model and actress predominantly active within the Indian film industry. Her 2006 Miss Sri Lanka Universe title was also won by her. Fernandez, who is of Canadian, Sri Lankan, Malaysian and multiracial descent was born in Canada, and spent the majority of her growing up in Bahrain. Her degree was in mass communications from the University of Sydney and worked as a journalist for the TV for Sri Lanka for a considerable time prior to entering the modeling industry. She was one of Sri Lanka's top models after she was selected to represent her country in Miss Universe 2006.
